Can I Customise my Rug?
Absolutely! we can customise all aspects of the Rug from colours and design to edging and backing options.
How many Colours can I have?
There is no limit to the number of colours in a design.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
We are happy to supply a material or colour sample prior to going ahead with your order.
Do I get to see the Rugs design before going ahead?
We also create an electronic copy of the design to send to you for approval before going ahead.
Can this be posted to my home?
Yes, we offer shipping services Australia wide.
Can the Rug be Cleaned?
Our rugs can be Vacuumed or steam cleaned but we don’t recommend using any chemicals.
How long does it take?
Once the Rugs design is approved, we offer an industry leading Leadtime of two to three weeks not months!
Where are the Rugs made?
All our Rug are made in Our Factory in Melbourne, Victoria.
Is there a warranty on my new Rug?
Yes, we send out all our rugs with a 5-year wear warranty.
